1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working on expanding soon.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
- Expedited Delivery: Available in select regions (charges may apply)
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹750.
- A flat fee of ₹30 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your order in real-time through the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt. We’ll assist you promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
